This week, Stafford High School had two representatives on the podium at the 2022 UIL State Track Meet as both Quardale Patt and Andrew Huff received silver medals in their respective field events.
Senior Quardale Patt received his first state medal with his longest throw of 55 feet and 8.75 inches in the Shot Put. Patt has been a two sport athlete at Stafford (football and basketball) and was a key piece of the defense that propelled the football team into the playoffs during the most recent season. Patt is currently committed to continue his football career at the collegiate level.
Junior Andrew Huff earned his medal with a longest throw of 171 feet and 11 inches in the Discus Throw. Huff, also a dual sport athlete, currently holds a Division I football scholarship offer and will be one of the leaders on the field during the upcoming football season.
Please join us as we celebrate the accomplishments of these two student athletes who have worked incredibly hard throughout their season. They have represented Stafford High School, and the community with pride. Congratulations!
